Ken Erickson is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and a (CDPE) Certified Distressed Property Expert, certifications held by less than 10% of Realtors nationwide. He's a 1995 Graduate of the Folsom Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. Ken entered the field of Real Estate in 2001 and has earned several awards and designations. He has served on the Sacramento Association of Realtors Education Committee and is a member of the Folsom Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to Real Estate, Ken had retired from a 23 year career in Sales & Marketing with Hallmark Cards. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant at Norwich University, in June 1970. Ken was an Army Aviator during the Viet Nam era, serving as an AeroScout with 3rd Squadron (Air), 5th U.S. Cavalry Regiment.

He and his wife Kathy, have resided in Folsom for over 30 years and their children, Andrew & Heather, graduated from Folsom Schools. He's been an avid skier for most of his life and has a regular season pass at Sierra at Tahoe.
